Pondus

Pondus is a Swedish word which is hard to translate, but it means something like: standing on its own, with dignity. This is something mobile phones are lacking nowadays. They just lay on the table like they don't care, or being ignored, put away somewhere in a purse. So cheap! Remember the beautiful black phones from the '40s' They where standing gracefully on their own table at a central spot in the house. When it rang, it mend something!

I took those good things to the present to integrate them into mobile phones. I came up with two versions, a male and a female design. To make both sexes come out elegantly in their own way. Most important is that they can 'stand' when folded up, proudly.
